This position is a longer seasonal picker/ packer position with potential of becoming a year round employee and receiving a bump in pay at the time of conversion. Where Values and Employee Growth Meet
Building strong community is one of our core values, and we support volunteer work with hourly pay and matching dollars donated to employees’ favorite charitable causes. QBP donates $10 for every hour employees volunteer at non-profit organizations.
Employees can help each other by donating PTO to a co-worker in need. QBP pays employees for up to 12 hours of annual volunteer work at non-profit organizations.
We also offer individual growth and development opportunities, coaching, a mentorship program, and continuing education with tuition reimbursement.
QBP offers different benefits packages at each of its three locations. Not all benefits listed here are universally available.
