SaddleDrive is an exclusive event that gives Dealer’s Choice suppliers the opportunity to connect with 300 + retailers from around the country in a casual setting.


Exhibitor Agreement

Invited suppliers were required to submit the SaddleDrive 2018 Exhibitor Agreement to secure a booth space. 

Deadline to submit the agreement and secure a booth was Friday, March 30.


Exhibitor Expectations

A copy of the SaddleDrive 2018 Exhibitor Expectations can be viewed here. Exhibit staff attending Frostbike are expected to review this before the event.


Exhibit Fees

A $300 administration fee is applicable to all SaddleDrive exhibitors and contributes to Expo operating expenses. All fees are due no later than thirty days after the event.


Exhibitor Registration & Badges

An Exhibitor badge includes access to the SaddleDrive Expo, Expo Setup and Strike, and social functions occurring Monday, August 20 – Thursday, August 23.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the group room block setup at Seven Springs Resort with rates starting at $129/night.

The closest airport to the resort is Pittsburgh International Airport.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

Expo Shipments


Seven Springs Mountain Resort will receive SaddleDrive Expo shipments August 6 - August 13. If shipments arrive before or after these dates, they may be refused.

Deliveries to the resort should not exceed one complete pallet. Anything larger than this must be communicated to QBP Events prior to shipping for coordination.

NOTE: Due to the location of the venue, not all carriers will ship ‘overnight’.  Regardless of the time carriers commit to delivery, daily deliveries arrive at the resort, Monday-Friday, between 2pm and 6pm.

The SaddleDrive Shipping Label is required for all shipments arriving at Seven Springs. All shipments must be properly labeled with this.


All shipments must be scheduled for pick-up ahead of the event with necessary labels and BOLs.

All outbound shipments must be packed, boxed, palletized if applicable and appropriately labeled by the exhibitor.

QBP is not be responsible for shipping your product outbound.
