QBP is excited to announce its new ScanToCart app which allows dealers to create orders on the fly by scanning barcodes with their smartphone or tablet.
App developer Mike Peterson says, “QBP's eCommerce team is excited to leverage its new technologies to help bike dealers have a great experience as a partner of QBP. Stay tuned for even more dealerfriendly offerings in the future.” Using qbp.com credentials, dealers can log in and start a new cart, or add to their most recently active cart, by scanning barcodes right out on the sales floor or in their service department. When scanning, they’ll go to a product page which will allow them to select a quantity and add the item to the cart. After the item has been added, the scanner will reappear. If the desired product doesn’t have a barcode or the barcode is damaged, there is also a QBP part number/UPC search option available from the menu. ScanToCart is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and for Android devices on the Google Play™store.
