QBP Creates Territory Sales Team for Upper Midwest

As part of an initiative to expand national sales coverage, QBP has created a new territory sales team for Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin. Noah Jensen, QBP outside sales rep, will work closely with Tom Morgan, QBP inside sales rep to provide more comprehensive service to the company’s dealer accounts in the central region.

“Both Noah and Tom have extensive backgrounds in the bike industry, and broad knowledge of our central region accounts,” said Peter Grimes, QBP field sales manager. “This partnership ensures that many of the dealers whose relationships helped establish QBP will receive greater, more deeply focused service from this committed duo.”

Jensen, who worked in bicycle retail for eight years before joining QBP in 2008, has served in a variety of roles at different shops, from self-described jack-of-all-trades to sales manager at Bokoo Bikes, an independent retailer in Chanhassen, MN. While at QBP, he has covered numerous territories, most recently the Mid-Atlantic.

“During my years with QBP I’ve been in over 500 different bike shops,” Jensen said. “This has given me a lot of insight into the needs and challenges of dealers all over the country. I look forward to putting that knowledge to work for our customers in the Upper Midwest.”

For the last two years, Morgan was part of the successful mid-Atlantic sales team led by Grimes. In his new position, he will handle inside sales and continue to work closely with Jensen in his outside sales role.
